I don’t know about you, but after dinner I like dessert, so when I found this recipe from SparkPeople I had to try it. We have a fancy ice cream maker so Little Pumpkin Doodle thought it was strange when I told her we were making ice cream in a blender. I made some changes to the recipe, but it’s essentially the same and tastes more like soft serve ice cream.
